Live in Health Care Assistant
£125 daily & £12.00 per hour.

Integrationale Care has a combined 50+ years experience, providing quality care to vulnerable adults, and are looking for a Health Care Assistant to join our team and continue on our journey. We pride ourselves on delivering quality care o be proud of and treating staff with respect.
We currently have a live in role available in Blackpool, paid at a rate of £125 per day. The successful candidate would be required to work on a permanent basis on a two week rota. During the two weeks off the live in rota, the successful candidate would be required to cover two, one hour calls daily paid at a rate of £12.00 per hour.
National Living Wage has recently increased to £10.42 per hour. Integrationale Care feel this hourly rate isn’t enough to live well. We have increased pay rates to ensure successful candidates can live well alongside their career.

Duties
- Supporting individuals to live life to the full, ensuring their health, safety, well-being and dignity,
- Consulting with individual care plans to gain insight into how best to support each individual.
- Consulting individual risk assessments to gain insight into how best to support each individual.
- Undergoing relevant training and maintaining best technique with regular refresher courses.
- Attending supervision and being involved in staff meetings. We want to hear what you have to say!
- Managing, administering and recording medication.
- Supporting individuals to; access social activities, go shopping, maintain a clean, safe living environment, light domestic tasks, meal times etc.
- Carrying out duties in a professional manor, meeting all legislation requirements,
