Conagra Brands is modernizing our manufacturing shop floor by investing in transformational digital tools and new ways of working. A strategic priority for Conagra, we are making a $45 million investment, called Connected Shop Floor (CSF) to enable a modern, agile, and productive supply chain.
What Can You Expect as the Manager Training, Manufacturing and Digital Upskilling?
To realize our business objectives, you will facilitate and support the execution of training and digital upskilling for our Manufacturing teams across multiple sites. You will work with the Connected Shop Floor project team to ensure employees are trained in the use of new tools and business processes. This position is approximately 50% training strategy, 40% training delivery and 10% communication and role alignment. Depending on the project phase, this role will require 25% - 75% travel.
Is this Role Right for You? In this role, you will:
- Create an implementation and go-to-scale modern learning strategy, while leading the delivery of the Connected Shop Floor end-to-end training program
- Collaborate with the program team and leadership to design, deliver, and execute on the learning strategy resulting in employee behavior change, including adoption and use of new digital technology and new ways of working on the shop floor
- Lead, facilitate and manage concurrent workstreams across multiple manufacturing sites using project management tools to deploy materials, implement skills validation methods, and deliver new content
- Enhance the employee learning experience through an innovative and continuous improvement mindset
- Apply adult learning principles to design and facilitate impactful, blended learning solutions (e.g., mobile, virtual and face-to-face learning) to different audiences
- Provide recommendations to buy or curate learning solutions to support learner adoption
- Gather and synthesize data to present ideas and demonstrate results to business partners and leaders. This includes identifying success metrics, trends, and opportunities for continuous improvement aligned with Conagra’s continuous improvement strategy.
Do You Have What It Takes?
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in learning & development, content creation, curriculum design and implementation, facilitation and measuring behavior change.
- Record of building collaborative relationships with colleagues and leaders especially in manufacturing locations.
- Experience with learning technologies, including but not limited to, digital learning design tools (e.g., Articulate Rise, Camtasia), learning management systems (e.g., Alchemy), and delivering content in a virtual environment (e.g., Webex, MS Teams).

Compensation:
Annual Salary: $118,000.00 - $142,000.00**Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
