English Braids Ltd is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer graduate / trainee to join our team. This is a great opportunity to work with a dynamic company that is growing rapidly. You will develop niche skills making you a critical component to the companies future. This position will be based out of our Malvern headquarters.

Responsibilities:

• Work with customers and other English Braids Ltd personnel to develop manufacturing processes and equipment that meet customer specifications and can be used to produce products for sale.
• Support the development of new processes and equipment.
• Perform quality control, assembly, and packaging of products for sale.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing processes, equipment, and procedures.
• Assist in the development of quality control standards and procedures.
• Assist in the development of engineering drawings for new processes and equipment.
• Develops manufacturing processes, equipment, and procedures to ensure that products are produced in a cost-effective manner that meets customer specifications.
• Develops new processes based on customer needs, including process improvements, new production equipment, or new manufacturing techniques that can be used to meet customer specifications.
• Develops new procedures for use of existing manufacturing equipment or techniques for use of robotics or other automated manufacturing systems.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

The role will suit anyone that has recently graduated or finished school with a technical mind and associated qualifications.

Salary: From £25,000.00 per year
