Job description
Rainbow Concrete & Maple Leaf Masonry are looking for an IT Technician to contribute their general knowledge and skill in technology to provide support and break-fix (repairs, installations, maintenance of all property & above property-based systems) throughout the company.
Working with minimal supervision and within company guidelines to complete routine tasks. Is responsible for performing repairs, installations, and maintenance on all property & above property-based technologies. Has knowledge of technology equipment/processes and website maintenance. Is responsible for updating and completing company ISO procedures.
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Assist other employees. Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals. Ensure adherence to quality expectations/standards; identify, recommend, develop, and implement new ways to increase organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and/or cost-savings. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time. Enter and locate information using computers/ Point of Sale (POS) systems. Move up and down stairs/ramps. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Salary: $23.00-$26.00 per hour
