Job description
In this role you'll be performing general clerical operations tasks that As a Data Entry Operator, you will reviewing, sorting, and keying information into a proprietary processing system while verifying or matching data on documents; performing data entry tasks and routine math calculations. Other duties may include: opening, receiving, logging, batching, scanning, preparing and distributing incoming and/or outgoing mail. You will be supported as you train under supervision.
The successful Data Entry Operator will demonstrate strong attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to follow procedures, and basic computer knowledge. They have the desire and motivation to constantly improve their ability to perform each function quickly and accurately. The working environment is fun with a casual dress code in a highly secure facility.
In this role, you will:
- Perform general clerical operations tasks that are routine in nature
- Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles
- Navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
- Work effectively in a team environment; where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
- Work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
- Coordinate completion of multiple tasks and meet aggressive time frames
- Once trained, ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a fast paced structured environment
- 6+ months of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Strong data entry, attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- 10-key numerical data entry experience
- Be adaptable to schedule changes based on business needs
- Ability to work additional hours as needed based on business needs
- Schedule flexibility to work some bank holidays as needed based on business needs
- Ability to lift 10+ pounds

Work Schedule:
- Shift/Hours: 6:30am - 2:30pm, (or until work is completed)
- Weekend hours 8:30am - 4:30pm (or until work is completed)
- Days: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday. Sun/Tues off
- Full time position 40 hours per week
