The Role
- Enchanting Property Viewings: Showcase the beauty of homes to potential buyers through engaging face-to-face property viewings.
- Marketing Brilliance: Utilise your creative skills to prepare compelling property advertisements for Internet and social media platforms.
- Building Strong Relationships: Register vendors and applicants, fostering lasting connections that facilitate seamless property transactions.
- Organisational Mastery: Handle administrative tasks, collate property information, arrange eye-catching photographs, and ensure smooth operations.
- Effective Communication: Provide valuable feedback from viewings and market appraisals, keeping vendors informed throughout the property marketing process.
- Negotiation Expertise: Bring together vendors and purchasers through skilful negotiation, ensuring mutually beneficial deals.
- Guiding Transactions to Success: Liaise with mortgage brokers, solicitors, surveyors, and other estate agents, ensuring transactions progress smoothly.
The Package:
