STEM recruitment solutions have a superb opportunity for an Manufacturing Engineering Manager to work with one of their highly respected clients. The position involves the responsibility for all aspects of Engineering for the manufacturing site.
You will be an experienced manager with the capability to drive the department forward. The role will hold responsibility for the department, including:
Driving the maintenance program across the site
Prioritisation of the Engineering workload
Working on improvement projects
Dealing with CAPEX proposals and following through to completion
Developing policies and procedures
Coaching and developing the team
Reviewing maintenance contracts
Quality inspections of work completed
Dealing with external contractors
Budget preparation and monitoring
The job would suit an experienced manager who has the ability to run a department and has experience from a manufacturing company recently.
