What will you be doing?
As a Manufacturing engineer, you will join the Culham team to support our activities within the Aerospace sector.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Working as a team to optimise manufacturing processes across production.
- Leading improvement initiatives from concept to the shopfloor integration
- Taking part in project management activities
- Creating standard operating instructions (SOI) and standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Liaising with several stakeholders, taking part in strategic meetings, and coordinating action plans

Experience, skills and qualifications required:
- Aerospace background preferable, but open to others
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Experience with setting up / optimising manufacturing lines
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, value stream mapping
- Degree in a relevant engineering field.
