Addison Precision Manufacturing is a world-class contract manufacturer of precision-machined components. Our focus reflects a commitment to machining excellence, and we strive to deploy the latest technologies to meet the highest standards of any industry requiring precision machined components, including customers in the aerospace, aircraft, medical and precision manufacturing industries.

In 2019 we built a brand new, air conditioned, state of the art, manufacturing facility. We are looking to build our team here.

We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to join our team and be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will have experience in the CNC manufacturing industry and a strong understanding of production processes and quality control. This position requires excellent problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop manufacturing processes for new products.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and quality control standards.
  • Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements.
  • Conduct tests to ensure product quality.
  • Work with other departments to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Ensure that safety regulations are followed.

Qualifications

  • BS degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing , Aerospace or System Engineering or related technical field
  • 10 years minimum experience as a Manufacturing Engineer or equivalent role
  • 5 years minimum of manager/leadership experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Ability to research, compile and analyze data effectively for reports or decision making
  • Strong working knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean tools and methodologies
  • Experience in SOLIDWORKS, Mastercam and Partmaker.
  • Experience processing & quoting CNC Machined components

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
