Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects end-to-end for one or more strategic priority areas: Develop and manage project plans and budgets, facilitate meetings, draft deliverables, manage stakeholder engagement and deliver results
  • Organize and prioritize critical issues and required information for the Global Offerings & Assets Leadership team to facilitate efficient decision making
  • Manage and support various Global Consulting Offerings & Assets leadership forums with meeting content development and facilitation
  • Build relationships across Global Offerings & Assets teams to operate effectively and drive collaboration
  • Collaborate and coordinate with the wider Global Consulting Platform teams to support delivery of strategic priorities
  • Manage and/or mentor junior team members; build analytical, project management, and communications capabilities across junior team members

Connect to your skills and professional experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience working in a matrixed multi-national or global organization, or equivalent
  • Significant experience working in a consulting-based environment
  • Experience in a project environment where you are delivering the strategy, design, or functional aspects of the engagement (e.g. business vision, business requirements, current / future state analysis, information governance model, process mapping, etc.)
  • Ability to facilitate meetings with a diverse set of stakeholders
  • Strong communications experience; supporting the development of executive-ready materials, working with senior leaders on strategic messaging, supporting, or leading a communications workstream within a key project or program
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with ability to prioritize and manage expectations across multiple complex projects/priorities
  • Proven ability to lead, engage and collaborate with individuals across various disciplines, cultures, and backgrounds to achieve shared goals
  • Ability to work globally and cross-culturally with varying professional levels and geographies
  • A strong willingness to take initiative, work autonomously and manage time effectively to meet pressing deadlines

Personal independence
