HR/Fin-tech Transformation Project Director
Salary – Up to £100k DOE
London-based office with hybrid working and travel
Working with a variety of clients implementing various HR and Finance systems, you will be integral to the project, ensuring it runs effectively by managing the team and stakeholders whilst embedding the HRIS systems successfully.
You will be vital in delivering each programme, working with this specialist consultancy influencing the growth and direction of the business. As a Project Director you will be focused on the discovery of current functional and technology landscapes, RFP and implementation of the new technology, design of operating models, roles and responsibilities and processes, and strong stakeholder engagement.

The job role of HR/Fin-Tech Transformation Project Director:
- Lead and deliver on client projects, managing the project plan, critical path, risks and issues.
- Managing a team to ensure accurate reporting of status against plan and resolution of any risks / issues identified.
- Provide programme management and senior stakeholders with a weekly status update of activities against the plan.
- Work with technical teams to ensure the technical solution is built as per the design and meets the requirements of the business
Experience/skills required:
- Degree educated or similar at 2:1 or above
- Previous HRIS and/or Finance programme management and senior stakeholder management
- Previous Project team management at a senior level
- Flexibility to travel across the UK and on occasion Europe
