As a member of the Mac Service COE, you will be providing third level Mac support across the 31 member firms with Macs. You will be responsible for architecture and engineering tasks that provide a Jamf managed framework for 21k+ Macs deployed around the globe.
You will manage operational duties including:
- Manage third-level Mac support queue
- Software packaging, custom configuration profiles
- Software deployment via Jamf Pro
- Automation via scripting
- Jamf Pro admin responsibilities for 31 sites and global configuration/automation, API scripting, etc.
- Support member firm site admins via training and documentation
Connect to your skills and professional experience
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field, or relevant experience
- Proven experience in an IT role with specialized knowledge and/or experience in the end user technology environment
- Experience in designing script/package solutions using industry standard tools, scripting software installs and system configurations, packaging software for installation and deployment, testing scripts/packages/software, and using deployment/management systems within an end user environment
- A specialist in scripting/development/engineering and managing macOS with Jamf technologies in a large enterprise
Desirable:
- Experience with MacOS Apple hardware and hands-on expertise
- Jamf 200, 300, or 400 certification
