As a Global Cybersecurity Metrics and Analytics (CSMA) Manager, you will report to Global Cyber Risk Lead and will interact with members of the SOC, GEMS, Member Firms, other teams such as Internal Audit and global services teams like Firewall Management, IDPS and Web Protection.

The role focuses on the management of a team of technical analysts who extract data from various Cybersecurity systems for onward processing and delivery to our internal customers.

  • Ensure the delivery of Cybersecurity metrics on a weekly, monthly and ad-hoc basis as requested
  • Oversee the development basic and advanced dashboards for front-end reporting capability for executive reporting that provides critical Cyber Security metrics, analytics for various stakeholders
  • Ensure the team processes are operating correctly, including workflows to gain appropriate approvals before data is released to internal customers
  • Delivery exceptional customer service to our Member Firms by providing timely responses, and accurate insights in a consistent manner
  • Identify opportunities to automate and simplify data collection and reporting
  • Drives continuous improvement across all services through bug fixing, maintenance, documentation, and considering stakeholders feedback and own team’s feedback
  • Play key role in supporting the development of capability to provide various cyber security evidence that may be required for any cyber regulatory, compliance and audit assessments.
  • Actively seek to improve and develop new KPI’s/KRI’s based upon gained knowledge and new requirements
  • Go-getter able to work autonomously, as well as, in several teams’ background.
  • Have a sound judgment skills and ability to manage escalations.

Essential:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, Management Information Systems, a Technology-related field, or equivalent education-related experience
  • Significant experience in information security, in areas such as: Cybersecurity metrics, analytics, forecasting, and reporting, cybersecurity risk management or governance/PMO
  • Management of a team of up to 6 technical staff, including recruitment, resource scheduling, task allocation, staff development and mentoring
  • High level understanding of Python, SQL databases and applying data modelling to do data collection, data processing and generate analytics
  • Basic understanding and experience working in Agile environment using DevOps
  • Experience with documenting business requirements, defining security data templates and executive-level reporting
  • Working knowledge and understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) OR key risk indicators (KRIs)
  • Good experience with Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Access and Visio)
  • Knowledge in:
    • processes, procedures, and controls
    • management reporting processes
    • industry practices and metric reporting fundamental

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with multiple standards and frameworks such as NIST Cyber Security Framework (CSF), ISO/IEC 27004, ISO 27001 and 27002, CIS Security Metrics or Kill chain methodology and MITRE ATT&CK Framework etc.
  • Professional Cybersecurity certification like CISM, CISSP, CompTIA Security+ or ISACA’s CSX.
  • Knowledge of Splunk or an equivalent log management tool
  • Working experience of SIEM systems
  • Knowledge of Python
  • Knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques
  • A strong desire to understand the what, as well as the why and the how of security incidents
  • Experience in interfacing at multiple levels of client management and building relationships
  • Ability to provide subject matter expertise in designing and enhancing the IT risk/security metrics
  • Experience in ticketing tools such as ServiceNow
  • Skills in Azure is a plus
