About the role:
As a Project Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in our project management team, supporting the successful execution of ongoing projects. Working closely with project managers, you'll be responsible for maintaining project plans, schedules, and programmes, as well as organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings. Your excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will contribute to our project success.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and monitor project plans, programmes, and schedules.
- Organize, attend, and actively participate in stakeholder meetings.
- Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Prepare presentation materials required for meetings.
- Ensure project deadlines are met in a timely manner.
- Identify and communicate project changes to the relevant stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
- Undertake project tasks as required.
- Develop and improve project processes.
- Ensure projects adhere to frameworks, and maintain all project documentation appropriately.
- Assess project risks and issues, and provide suitable solutions.
- Manage stakeholder views towards achieving the best project outcomes.
- Chair and facilitate meetings when necessary, and distribute minutes to project team members.
- Create a project management calendar to track and accomplish project goals and objectives.
- Thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a project coordination role - Desirable
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
- Experience with MS Project is preferred, but not essential as training will be provided.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive projects forward.
