Job description
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in vendor management.
- Experience in retail/carrier, retail operations, or marketing/Point-of-Sale (POS) Management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with Salesforce and Retail systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving and collaborative environment.
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills with effective business acumen.

The Retail team focuses on Google-branded hardware across product categories. Our team is responsible for managing partnerships with our top retailers, including developing channel strategy, negotiating commercial terms, marketing and merchandising, and overall market share goals. We partner cross-functionally with marketing, product & engineering, finance and retail marketing teams internally, and with our retail counterparts across these disciplines.
The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.
Responsibilities
- Manage executional activities of store operations for Google. Support the implementation and management of customer programs, product launches, and fixture strategy and operations.
- Be the point of contact for fixture and asset management (installation, break fix and maintenance) to deliver executional excellence on our partners POS.
- Provide operational Google Hardware launch management support for fixtures, compliance and trainings.
- Create end-to-end activation approach channel partners.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and their resources to deliver in terms of our agreements.
