At Enhance Healthcare we are looking for caring compassionate Healthcare Assistants who can help care for our residents in a care home setting.
The general philosophy and aim of the nursing home is to provide a warm, caring supportive enviroment for our residents. Insisting at all all interventions are carried out in a respectful manner and that privacy and confidentiality are maintained at all times .
*To provide personal care and support to clients with a wide range of need.
*To know and understand the care and support of the client.
*To undertake the tasks detailed in the clients care and support plan using person centred approach.
*To encourage the independence and motivation.
*To assist clients at the agreed level of support as detailed in their care needs assessment.
* To ensure the highest possible level of care is maintained by supporting / assisting residents when required with washing, dressing ect.
* DUE TO LOCATION OWN TRANSPORT IS REQUIRED
Hours: 24-44 per weeK
