Job description
Responsibilities
- To answer incoming phone calls and input customers orders onto our system.
- Release app orders and respond to email orders that come in throughout the Evening.
- To assist the Night Warehouse team with picking the orders.
Skill required
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience of working in a fast paced office and working as a team.
- Ability to manage and coordinate changing priorities and capable of multi-tasking.
- Self motivated and a positive can do attitude.
Experience in this area would be a advantage but not essential as full training will be provide.
Hours of work - 19:00 - 03:00 Sunday to Friday with Saturday' s off and a day off in the week.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
