Dr Khurana is one of the first specialist orthodontists in the UK to have used Invisalign and Dental Monitoring and has treated over 2,000 Invisalign patients to-date.
Due to the demand for orthodontic and dental professionals to practice in the UK, and the passion that Turret have for developing and growing individual’s skill and knowledge in these specialist fields, we are developing a series of professional courses to cater for employment growth. These courses will be GDC approved, and will be provided through our own educational platform.
Therefore, we have an exciting opportunity to recruit for an Educational Training Provider Lead.
The post holder will:
- Check the courses are met to GDC standard and are mapped to GDC learning outcomes
- Ensure all course updates meet GDC standards
- Ensure all policies are in place and updated regularly
- Set up online training platforms
- Manage the training platforms and ensure website is updated with latest courses and news
Promote the courses to attract candidates through advertisement and relationship building with universities and colleges
- Be responsible for the Implementation and co-ordination of all courses
- Provide an environment that encourages student and tutor involvement where all tutor’s work collaboratively.
- Act as a positive role model within the business and ensure you uphold Turret values; being solution focused and an exemplary team player.
- Maintain regular, consistent and professional attitude & attendance, punctuality & personal appearance.
Day- to-Day Task
The post holder will be expected to:
- Register students, check qualifications, and ensure smooth onboarding to course, following GDPR and GDC guidelines
- Monitor all student attendance, progress and reporting
- Follow up of past students to record employment status
- Run posts on social media – LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter
- Organise, monitor and manage tutors and assessors to ensure that they have the correct qualification paperwork and book their time for tutoring/ mentoring.
- Provide tutors and assessors with timetable and details of all courses being held on a weekly basis.
- Log passes (pass rates)
- Organise certificates
- Gain feedback (and reviews) and log
- Carry out lessons learned for improvements
- Collect log books
- Creation and upkeep of all forms required for day-to-day tasks
- Manage invoicing and monitor budget for all courses.
- Ensuring that quality assurance is carried out following learners completing a course. This must be to the Awarding Bodies standards.
- Inputting and management of data into various spreadsheets and databases for internal records.
Education
The post holder will be expected to:
- Be IT literate and competent in Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Have excellent written and verbal skills
- Be highly organised
- Be willing to learn: Experience of Canva and the basics of social media marketing is desired but not essential (training can be provided)
- Be committed to furthering your professional development, learning new skills (including improving your technological skills and knowledge of the industry)
Communication
The post holder will be expected to:
- Communicate effectively with students and tutors
- Liaise with universities, the GDC, and the Royal College of Surgeons
- Communicate with others such as, course writers, mentors, and external partners in relation to course progress, targets and feedback
- Participate in relevant registration and graduation days.
- Provide telephone advice and reassurance regarding student registration, course enquiries, and support as necessary.
- Use email and other effective channels for communication, in accordance to company guidelines.
Salary £32,000-£36,000
Hybrid (Liverpool City Centre location)
