Client Management / Data Handling Assistant at Identity Music Ltd
We are looking for a new team member to join us Monday to Friday 10am - 6pm in our offices based in Lamberhurst. We work alongside musicians & labels to get their music on platforms such as Spotify & Apple Music.
Full training will be provided for the new team member.
Client Management / Data Handling Assistant Responsibilities:
- Updating & managing release schedules
- Liaising with business partners regarding ad-hoc admin tasks.
- Liaising with the client regarding assets, release dates etc
- Assisting clients with promotional work
- Compiling client data
- Generating and delivering client contracts
- Auditing client data
- Processing Revenue Reports
- Resolving Copyright Infringement Claims and Rights Holder Disputes (Full training Provided)
- Processing and Validating Music Licences for Covers / Remixes (Full training Provided)
Client Management / Data Handling Assistant Requirements:
- Must be highly organised, detail-oriented, and a responsible self-starter
- Ability to multi-task and complete tasks on deadline
- Highly motivated to expand knowledge
- High Interpersonal Communication Skills
- Task-oriented and the ability to manage time effectively
- Ability to take a logical and analytical approach to solve problems and resolve issues
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £23,500.00 per year
