Opened in 2019, and originating in Europe with stores across the World, Hans & Gretel is London’s best experiential dessert business with creative flare, set in fairy-tale surroundings inspired by Hans & Gretel.
Our UK business is expanding rapidly and we are therefore looking to grow the team across our London stores, currently recruiting for exceptional shift supervisors in our Camden, Regent Street and Westfield (Shepherds Bush) stores.

As a supervisor, you are an essential part of the Hans & Gretel team that delivers the unique experience that our customers expect. Alongside the Store Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest of standards, demonstrating expert product knowledge and customer service. An expert for all things Hans & Gretel and the go-to person to help our customers, you are fully knowledgeable of everything about the store and will assist in cascading this to the wider team.
About the role:
- Assist the Store Manager in leading the team in-store and providing exceptional service in a professional but fun manner
- Become an expert in preparing all food and drinks products to an extremely high standard
- Work as part of a team focused on creating a memorable customer experience. From selling and serving, replenishing stock, to hosting, you understand there is more to the customer experience than just selling
- Manage customer feedback, and use it constructively to continually raise the bar for service, sales and standards
- Assist the Store Manager in taking responsibility for stock, unpacking deliveries and completing stock audits and maintaining the storage areas
- Adapt to the challenges that vary from day to day. A flexible approach to working, you may be required to work in different areas of the business as required
- Understand and follow all food, health, safety and security procedures

- Flexible. Responsive to business needs, you are happy and comfortable to take responsibility for tasks that may go beyond the role expectation

You’ll be fully trained in how to produce all of our amazing products to the highest standard, consistently. You will need to have experience working closely with a fast-paced team. Preferably, you will also have Food Safety Level 2 (or experience with food safety as a minimum)
*Interviews and Trials will take place in Our Camden Store.

Salary: From £12.00 per hour
