Gerresheimer Peachtree City L.P. was established in 1993 in Peachtree City, GA, as part of the Plastics & Devices Division manufacturing and assembling a variety of precision molded plastic parts for various applications in the medical industry. The subsidiary operates in an 87,500 sq. ft. production facility with 200 employees.
- Ensuring that existing delivery obligations are adhered to on time and in accordance with the order through effective interface management with customers and production.
- Independent scheduling and order planning according to internal specifications and in cooperation with internal interfaces (e.g. production management, quality, controlling, logistics, etc.)
- Independent inventory monitoring
- Independent assurance of effective customer communication
- Independent master data maintenance in the intended systems (MES; SAP)
- Initiation of necessary services (e.g. sterilization, printing, etc.)
- Initiation of necessary activity allocations (e.g. special allocations)
- Participation in the processing of complaints and monitoring of the blocked stock
- Independent batch traceability in the event of complaints
- Participation in inventory measures and audits
- Preparation of / participation in customer meetings according to instructions
- Knowledge gained in at least three years of on the job training in a combarable role in Customer Service
- In-depth experience in the field of customer service
- Good knowledge of commercial order processing
- Good knowledge of order planning and tracking
- Very good computer skills (MS Office)
- User knowledge of ERP and MES systems
