Senior Manager, Paid Social Performance Marketing
We are looking for Senior Manager to lead our Performance Marketing team within the Paid Social Organization. This critical role will lead a team of successful marketers on analysis, implementation, and optimization of Paid Social marketing campaigns and tests in both established and growing global markets, collaborating with business leads, publisher partners, product and engineering and ad tech stakeholders to drive efficiencies at scale. The ideal candidate will have experience in automated, performance Paid Social and, with a heavy emphasis on analysis.
What you'll do:
Own the end-to-end strategy for global direct response campaigns (driving both purchases and app installs) across Facebook, Instagram TikTok, and other social channels
Define experiment learning agendas and guide the team on how to optimize campaign set up to drive meaningful insights
Define the metrics and processes needed to standardize the management of social advertising campaigns
Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and data science partners to develop and implement sophisticated automation and optimization solutions
Define areas of opportunity, build business cases, and present data-driven recommendations that improve marketing and business practices
Mentor team on campaign management and analytics best practices and methods
Who you are:
7+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably on social platforms
Experience with scaled direct response campaigns, optimizing for both short and long-term value
You've led a global team, nurtured career development, and created a diverse and positive culture for a highly engaged/motivated team
Advanced analytical ability with a strong understanding of testing methodology across multiple variables (creative, targeting, bidding, optimization, etc.)
You are comfortable devising new methods and procedures for collecting data, and can perform complex analyses, and present findings to drive subsequent actions
MBA or master’s degree in economics, marketing, finance or related fields
Statistical analysis experience
Tableau, SQL, or basic data-mining experience
Excellent awareness of emerging Social Media Platforms and/or video advertising including attribution, execution, and analysis
Proven track record of successful online marketing experiments
Ability to partner cross-functionally with a variety of teams world-wide
Strong technical competency and ability to learn new systems and work with technology teams

The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $146,000.00 to $204,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $233,500.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
