What you'll be doing::

As our Network Manager you'll be responsible for managing the iomart network. This includes managing the team, assets, and network infrastructure across the organisation. You'll ensure the network operates with maximum possible efficiency and 100% uptime. Overall you'll be responsible for the strategic planning and management of iomart’s network to deliver company objectives.

In addition, you'll also plan and manage projects, provide guidance and advice to the business and its customers as required in line with company and best practices.

We want to hear from you if you::

Have experience leading and inspiring your team with their vision for the future
Have a focus on customer service and delivery with the ability to engage with empathy
Have experience working with a variety of stakeholders internal and external to drive success
Have experience in Networking Engineer with a particular emphasis on Cisco
Are highly organised and have excellent time management skills.
Have a good understanding of service management principles (ITIL)
Have a good understanding of operational design concepts (business process mapping, concepts of system integration)
