KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supports the EASA Commercial Modifications leader in the following areas: Develops plans for long-range forecasting, strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives. Provides data for tracking of performance to plan for review and action. Develops, coordinates and assesses meeting content along with providing leadership briefing papers. Conducts research and analyzes of data from multiple sources. Delivers informational materials. Researches and evaluates strategic organizational needs and identifies options for review. Provides support when needed for the facilitation of meetings/events. Develops and maintains a project schedule and budget when required. Develops and deploys localized training content. Provides administrative support to the program team as required. Supports the collation and updating of weekly status reports, risks, issues and opportunity updates, etc.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Good understanding of business operations, processes and procedures, is required
- Qualification in Project Management or equivalent would be very useful
- A technical background, ideally within the aerospace industry would be useful
- Minimum 5 years of applicable experience required
- Highly proficient in all MS Office applications is required
- Experience in MS Project would be useful
- Experience in SAP Concur is preferred
- Able to work independently and without high levels of supervision (self-motivated) is needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum BS Degree or at least 5 years' experience in business administration, or another related discipline
Job DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:
Provide support to business leader for the ongoing business administration, improvements and growth plans. Support the development of our operational excellence of our Aircraft Modifications IPT. Develop, coordinate, and assess meeting and briefing materials; to improve productivity and consistency of informational reports. Support the development of any business tools for improved efficiency for the running of the IPT. Ensure assigned individuals are executing the identified and assigned tasks to plan; providing the appropriate tracking and reporting. Manage and maintain multiple reporting functions in support of the program team. Support administrative functions within the IPT, including, travel, expenses etc. Support internal and external customer reporting, develop improved business processes, procedures and templates.

This requisition is for a locally hired position in the UK. Candidates must have current legal authorisation to work immediately in the United Kingdom.
