Deputy Regional Manager - Corporate Services Real Estate (EMEA)

The EMEA CSRE (Corporate Services & Real Estate) team manage all Millennium premises across the region, including: London, Switzerland, Dubai, Jersey, Dublin & Tel Aviv.
The firm is looking to recruit a Regional CSRE Manager for EMEA. This person will be responsible for all Real Estate, Business Services and Portfolio Manager Business Support across the EMEA offices.

Management of regional real estate portfolio and related services in conjunction with global functions and programs
- Facilities
- Business services (Reception, Conference Services, Travel, Pantry, Food Services)
- Portfolio Manager Business Support
- Security
- Vendor Management and Procurement
- Real Estate Project Management within the region, including lease negotiation, budgeting and design & construction
- Real Estate Strategy and Analytics – occupancy reporting, growth/contraction strategies
- Management of local Office Managers (London, Geneva)
- Primary liaison with senior management within the region
- Team Management

Real Estate Analytics
- Develop and embed relevant metrics to measure the firm’s utilisation of Real Estate
Stakeholder/team management
- Responsible for stakeholder engagement within these premises;
- Corporate Services – management of Corporate Service Managers and Office Managers
Workplace Strategy
- Partnering with the Technology Team, Finance team, Facilities team, vendors and service providers to assess and standardise our work place practices
Real Estate Planning
- Manage the region’s space and seat allocations and engagement with departments to develop plan for the short and medium term for space management
- Serve as alternate key stakeholder for Real Estate related matters and projects
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience working in a Corporate environment & managing multiple offices
- Able to prioritize in a fast moving, high pressure, constantly changing environment;
- Ability to communicate with senior stakeholders clear & concisely
- Financial Services experience advantageous but not essential
- Experience leading capital projects (small and large) – both in London and remotely
- Previous experience managing/leading a team
- Excellent communication skills (phone, verbal, written)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications
- Strong organizational skills and self-motivation
- Detail oriented; Demonstrates thoroughness and strong ownership of work
- Good team player with a strong willingness to participate and help others
