We are seeking motivated individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our Business Development Programme. Our goal is to offer a chance for individuals who may not have attended university but possess the necessary qualities to become successful business owners.
Successful applicants will undergo a 12-month intensive training program with a leading communication-marketing firm. They will quickly progress to building relationships and acquiring essential business management skills. We have a history of developing young talent to management positions, with 20 individuals placed in management roles and six new locations opened in the past 12 months.

What does the day-to-day look like?
- Set daily goals and objectives that align with the company's overall business strategy.
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the team is meeting targets and goals.
- Communicate regularly with team members to provide feedback, offer support, and address any issues or concerns.
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees, including training and mentoring.
- Plan and organise team meetings and events to foster collaboration and team building.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency within the team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the team is delivering the most innovative and effective solutions to clients.
