The web project manager will oversee the development of key web projects from the inception stage to the live online deployment thereof. This role will collaborate with Marketing Manager, external agencies and key internal stakeholders on the scope of web-based projects, take lead teams in the development of web products, and prepare project status reports.
As part of the UK marketing team, this role will drive forward key digital projects that directly impact brand awareness and pipeline conversion.
This role will lead the re-development of our company's website and associated integrations which include but are not limited to online events, video viewing and call tracking. You should possess extensive experience in website design, analytics mapping, and app integrations. A first-class web project manager will be someone whose expertise in web design translates into an innovative online presence.
The role is part of a dynamic, creative and highly commercial team who work closely with multiple stakeholders including Clinic Operations, Operational Excellence, Clinical teams, Business Development, Finance and IT. The role will frequently liaise with the central marketing team based in Germany and, as necessary other local marketing teams in Europe. The role focusses on delivering activity for the UK but will also ensure relevant global marketing objectives are aligned.
As part of the Marketing Team this tole responsible for developing a detailed knowledge of the UK fertility market, our key competitors and have a good understanding of our key target consumers. This knowledge will form the basis of shaping and developing digital activity which delivers growth. A close working relationship and day to day management of agencies is key responsibility of the role.
The role requires a high degree of organisation, communication and strategic thinking to ensure a creative, robust, and agile plan is in place to deliver the various projects. Web Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Consulting with internal stakeholders to determine the website's desired appearance and functionalities.
- Conceptualising the website design process and leading agencies and stakeholders.
- Selecting user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.
- Using analytics to work with wider marketing team on content planning.
- Using analytics to make recommendations for integrating images, embedding videos, and adding plugins.
- Troubleshooting and testing prototypes, as well as monitoring the live deployment of the product.
- Ensuring Trusted partners are Performing Common Gateway Interface (CGI) and code checks to optimise website performance.
- Documenting website development processes and procedures.
- Preparing project progress updates for senior executives and performing website demonstrations.
- Keeping abreast of developments and trends in website design.
- Budget responsibility for key projects and developments.
- Manage marketing agencies across all digital disciplines
- Ensure adherence to branding and marketing strategy
- Work with the rest of the UK marketing team to develop regular reports and standardized success metrics
- Take responsibility for additional projects given by Head of Marketing UK if needed
- Understand, be aligned and share TFP core company values to help us to differentiate our business from competition

Experience and knowledge:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in web project management.
- Extensive knowledge of advancements and trends in web design.
- Exceptional ability to contribute creativity and innovation to web projects.
- Management of multiple agencies.

Desirables:
- Experience in working in an international environment
- Additional languages are a plus
- Worked in healthcare
- BtoB & BtoC experience
- Advance proficiency in programming languages, such as Java, HTML, or PHP.
