We are on the hunt for a driven and entrepreneurial individual to join us at a very exciting time as we grow the business and brand. You should love people, and discussing all things fitness. You will be helping our clients transform their lives through fitness, and you will be speaking with our team of trainers on a daily basis so organisation and resilience are key.
This is a part time position to begin, working from home for up to five hours a day. This can easily move to a full time position if the candidate is great at what they do and can create new opportunities.
Your Involvement
You will work directly with the company’s founder, so you will be exposed to different elements of the business from day one.
You MUST have previous sales and/or telephone experience and be confident to speak with our clients on the topic of fitness and make bookings. You should be able to manage multiple accounts at a time and have experience with business development. You should be target-driven and excited to grow with the brand. An attention to detail and mastering admin is key as the more organised you are, the bigger an asset you will be.
The Role
Duties will involve but not be solely limited to the below:
- Must be tech savvy and sales driven
- Liaising with new and existing clients as a sales manager to book their appointments and get them enrolled.
- Managing new customer leads - an excellent for sales and conversion on the phone.
- Managing the main company inbox - responding on emails professionally and promptly
- Liaising with our team of trainers on a daily basis to ensure new client onboarding and sign ups are smooth.
- Interviewing trainers and onboarding them.
- Managing client and company accounts - learning all of our systems and CRM's.
- Assisting the CEO and founder with everyday ad-hoc tasks

Necessary Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good telephone manner - you must love talking about all things fitness!
- People management
- Organisation and able to juggle multiple client bookings at once
- Experience with business development
- Quick thinking and able to creatively find solutions
- Great sense of humour
- Resilient and able to think clearly in a crisis
- Sales experience
- Must love people and the chance to work in a small but growing business

Salary: £23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
