We are currently recruiting for a Data Administrator to support the DRIVE Project.
As a DRIVE Data Administrator, you will work within the central Food Platform team to help establish Sodexo as the best in class Food Management Programme in the UK & Ireland marketplace. Your primary responsibility will be to act as a data gatekeeper to ensure the Sodexo Food Management System is best in class. You will maintain and cleanse both base & transformed data within the food management system, actively contribute to project management by updating various weekly activity trackers to ensure the programme is on track, and engage with all relevant stakeholders to enable a truly collaborative approach.

Main Responsibilities- Effective transformed data management at ingredient, recipe, menu and menu cycle levels
- Working to seasonal schedules for data publication
- Ensure full collaboration with all teams impacted by role
- Support agreed standards and processes for the effective management of DRIVE data
- Establish strong working relations with all relevant stakeholders to ensure the most successful and effective use of the role
- Working closely with Food Platform and Segment teams
- Support the Pilot sites with the Food Management System and the DRIVE process
- Working collaboratively to ensure maximum efficiency across the project
Essential
- Strong organisation skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Computer savvy with data management experience of complex data sets
- Strong self-motivational skills and track record of delivery to deadlines
- An atitude for issue resolution
Desirable
- Experience in recipe and menu creation
- Exposure to a food production/management environment
