Job description
LHH Recruitment Solutions have partnered with an industry leading manufacturing company based in Leicester who are looking for a Senior Management Accountant.
Reporting into the Group Financial Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Production of management accounts,
- Supervision of a small team,
- Control account reconciliations,
- Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Accruals & prepayments,
- Managing fixed assets register,
- VAT returns,
- Assist with completion of month-end, ad-hoc weekly / monthly reporting,
The Right Person
- Qualified CIMA, ACCA or ACA
- Ideally with experience of imports & exports,
- German accounting experience an advantage
- Effective communication skills, confident in presenting financial information to senior management,
- Proactive and able to work on own initiative with minimal supervision.
- Able to fit into a dynamic and fast-moving accounting team within a large organisation,
- Excellent planning, organisation skills and adherence to tight deadline
