The Job:
Muntons provide enjoyment by making what people love; malt is a key ingredient for brewers and distilling going to many of the biggest brands in the country. You will be required to look after the product in Bridlington’s 26 acre site. You and your shift team will transfer the malt or barley through each stage of the process, carrying out light maintenance while sustaining site hygiene through checks and cleaning.
What you will be doing:
- Operating plant and equipment for barley intake, malt production and despatch at Flamborough Maltings, Bridlington.
- Maintaining site hygiene.
- Carrying out Autonomous Maintenance on plant machinery and equipment.
- Complying with company policies on health and safety, food safety, environmental issues and other relevant standards as applicable.
- Working flexibly to respond to the changing demands of the work, adapting to new work routines and practices accordingly.

Hours of Work:
12 hour rotating day / night working pattern averaging 42 hours per week.
