Modality Partnership AWC Division has a vacancy for a Salaried GP (4 – 8 sessions a week). The postholder will be passionate about patient care, working across Modality AWC division and contributing to the innovation within the partnership in the way care is delivered. Main duties of the job

The role is a patient centred role delivered from your nominated practice site. The postholder will need to confidently evidence key skills such as excellent verbal and written communication skills, clinical skills and empowering patients to manage their individual health conditions. The usual duties of a salaried GP will be expected – patient care through regular appointments, home visits and the general administration for patient care. The postholder will work in collaboration with their local practice team, engaging the use of the associated roles that are be attached to the practice.

Overview of your organisation

We are the largest GP super-partnerships in the UK, with a list size of 450,000 patients and with a multi-disciplinary workforce of 1500 staff. We are unique, always looking at ways to improve our delivery of services through the implementation of new and innovative solutions that we can scale across the organisation. Recent innovations have included the use of robots to facilitate the remote filing of blood results and the development of document management team. These new initiatives are underpinned by our governance team to ensure patient safety.

Person Specification:

Qualifications and Experience:

We require high performing GPs to join our team. The following requirements must be met:

· GMC registered

· CCST for primary care in the UK

· Eligible to work in the UK

· MRCGP (Desirable)

· On the UK performers list for primary care

· Current valid driving licence/access to a car

EXPERIENCE

We are able to accommodate salaried GP’s with all types of experience in primary care. Your personal development plan will be built with you, dependant on your level of experience and your aspirations within primary care.

Salary: £91,000.00-£98,000.00 per year
