You will join an inclusive, supportive team that works well together to provide care to people with learning disabilities. Whether you have experience as a Healthcare Assistant or Care Worker, you will use your knowledge and skills to help support people lead a valued and fulfilled life.

The shift patterns include working 7.5 hours a day, 7am-2.30pm and 2.30pm-10pm, weekends on a rota basis. Permanent, full time. We can discuss the long day shifts, extra hours or part time hours.

Where you will be working

Location: 89 Ewell Road, Surbiton, Surrey KT6 6AH

You will be working at 89 Ewell Road, a service which provides support for people who may be living with moderate learning disabilities with associated health needs, autism and behaviours.

Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you will offer support to people as part of their care pathway. Whether it is moving from their community placement or a family home because they require more structured care and support.

Your aim will be to encourage individuals to lead a full and valued life, enabling them to live more independently through a programme of active community engagement, developing meaningful social networks and developing robust coping strategies.

You must live in the UK and have the Right to Work in the UK full time. 20-hour Student Visa's cannot be accepted.

£500 welcome bonus offered on the full time contracts only, paid £250 on the first wage, and £250 after three months once passed the probation.
Base annual salary without overtime starts at £21,547. Based on 37,5 weekly hours and £11.05 per hour base rate.
