What’s the role?
We’re on the hunt for an enthusiastic and culture-inspired intern to join our Engagement team for a 3 month internship. As an intern, you’ll have the opportunity to embed yourself into project teams, bring your creativity, impact live projects and learn how to manage brand transformation.

What does Engagement mean?
The engagement team is the bridge between the client and creatives. We build relationships with clients and manage global brand projects from start to finish. We go beyond your average project manager, being responsible for inspiring teams, managing programs and guiding the work.

After we review your submission, we’ll share feedback and invite successful applicants to our interview process:
Interview 1 (30mins)
- Who: Chat with the Engagement team (Alex, Sarah)
- Discuss: Initial chat to get to know you and your experience
Interview 2 (45mins) - up to 4
- Who: Chat with the wider Wolff Olins team (Iossie, Joe, Milan)
- Discuss: How your skills relate to program management and working with a team
After you have successfully completed the interview process, we will share feedback and potentially be given an opportunity to join our internship programme soon after.
Our internship programme will start in October lasting 3 months.
