Key Responsibilities:
Maki & Ramen (M2 2AW) is looking for a confident and adaptable individual who is passionate about service and food to be part of our team- you'll be provided with training to get you settled in the Maki & Ramen way!
As a part-time front-of-house, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service and ensuring an ambiance dining experience for the customer.
Your responsibilities will range from greeting the customers, providing allergen/dietary information about the menu, taking orders, handling the payment, and maintaining the cleanliness of Maki & Ramen.
Skills
- Previous hospitality experience is preferred
- Excellent communication skills ( to interact with the customer effectively)
- Attention to detail (to ensure accuracy in the service that is being delivered to the customer)
- Teamwork (can work with other staff members for an efficient service)
- Multi-tasking (can handle multiple responsibilities at the same time)
