About the role
We’re seeking a Data Analyst preferably with a working knowledge of HRIS to join us as a People Data Analyst in the People Services department. The People Services department is a key function at NCFE where People are at the heart of everything we do.
We’re a team of approximately 20 professionals, providing a proactive and effective service to our workforce of about 720 colleagues. We’re keen to innovate and enable the organisation to be a brilliant employer, supporting our leadership and management capability and culture in relation to, ownership and accountability of all relevant aspects of engagement, people and performance management and development.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the People Data and Systems Manager with co-ordinating and implementing best practice improvements within the HRIS
- Support with conducting regular audits on the systems to ensure data integrity and correcting the data as needed.
- Providing accurate data in a consistent format which is fit for purpose.
- Participate in People Team projects as and when required.
- Maintain the HRIS databases ensuring they are up to date with changes in employee information.
- Previous experience working in a similar role.
- Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise.
- Ability to handle confidential, sensitive matters data and queries with a high standard of professionalism.
- Very competent with Microsoft package specially excel.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Ability to gather, analyse, collate, and present information as required.

This role requires hybrid working therefore you will need to be within travel distance of Head Office to ensure you can work from the office once a week.
