Join our Maintenance Team as Maintenance Supervisor, reporting to the Chief Engineer and supervising 2 Handy Persons

As a Maintenance Supervisor
- You will have at least 2 years of general maintenance experience in a hospitality setting
- You will need a proactive approach
- Preferably you will be competent in some of these specificities : electrics, plumbing, refrigeration systems, carpentry, joinery, flooring and decorating, mechanics
- Technical qualifications are a bonus but you can also have learned from previous experiences
- Your work in supporting the chief engineer will be to look after the overall maintenance of premises & equipment, liaising with contractors and ensuring that their work is done to the highest standards, support the various art installations and other maintenance projects
- Occasional weekend work (once a month) as well as occasional night work during installations
As a Maintenance Supervisor
· Repetitive Automatic Salary increases - extra £0.25/hour after 6 months, 15 months and 24 months of service
