About the role:
National IT Disposal is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated collection driver to join our growing team. The job involves servicing customer sites by collecting their redundant IT Equipment and transporting it back to our facility for secure recycling. National IT Disposal collects from businesses nationwide, you will be driving a van from our fleet to transport the equipment. Full training, uniform and equipment will be provided. The role is based on a 40-hour work week.
Responsibilities of a collection driver:
- Present yourself calmly and professionally to clients and members of the public.
- Interacting with clients whilst collecting their items for recycling
- Ensuring that items are safely loaded onto your vehicle
- Locating and driving to various addresses - Sat Nav provided.
- Have good time management skills and meet collection deadlines
- The ability to prioritise and work on your own initiative when under pressure

- Proof of right to work in the UK
- A DBS check ( facilitated by National IT Disposal)
- A clean driving licence (Driving Licence to be held for at least 5 years)
- Age 30+ (Due to fleet insurance requirements)
