Centrica Business Solutions (CBS) is on the lookout for a talented and ambitious Mechanical Technician/CHP Service Engineer to join our team!
Location - Midlands / Birmingham
Salary - Up to 50,000k OTE
We are a leading provider of integrated energy solutions that help businesses and public sector organizations transition to a low carbon future. As a CHP Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and servicing our world-class Combined Heating and Power plants.

What do we need?
We're looking for individuals with a passion for their work, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have a mechanical craft qualification or higher, experience in an in-field service role on reciprocating engines or generators, the ability to strip and repair a reciprocating engine down to component level, and a good knowledge of rotating equipment.
We'd love to hear from you if you have experience working on CHP plants, generators, or marine vessels or have worked with engines such as MTU, CAT, Perkins, MAN, Mercedes, MWM. Armed Forces are encouraged too.
