This 210 bedroom-hotel boasts its very own Spindles Health & Leisure Club, which offers guests a variety of health and beauty facilities and treatments to help them relax and feel pampered. Due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit a Maintenance Manager onto our team.
As Maintenance Manager, you will be required too:
- Supervise the daily operation of the maintenance team.
- Liaise with the hotel’s operational departments to ensure all guest needs and operational functions are prioritised.
- Ensure necessary inspections of lifts, boilers etc are carried out and records maintained.
- Ensures regular testing and management of the hotel’s safety systems.
- Respond effectively to emergencies.
- Conduct the recruitment, training and management of maintenance personnel and assists in the training of all staff in respect of statutory training.
The successful candidate must have experience in plumbing, electrical or general building maintenance. Previous management experience within a maintenance function in a medium to large hotel or similar is desirable. You will have effective interpersonal, organisational and people management skills.
