Job description
We are seeking an experienced self employed Property Maintenance Operative within the residential/commercial property sector.
This role would suit an experienced general builder or someone with a background in property maintenance. It is an interesting and varied role that can include painting and decorating, carpentry, brickwork, roof repairs, and general maintenance person duties.
Good working knowledge of health and safety, plumbing, and building services is essential. The successful applicant will need to be physically fit and competent in the use of tools.
A driver’s licence is also essential as well as your own mode of transport (van or car) as you will need to travel to the different sites that require maintenance.
Duties may include:
Carpentry, tiling, basic plumbing, basic electrical, guttering, decorating, plastering, kitchen and bathroom maintenance, and more.
Carrying out fault finding and repairs

Part-time hours: 40 per week
Salary: £28,000.00-£48,841.00 per year
