As the Head of Project Management, you will orchestrate the strategic planning, execution, and successful delivery of our diverse portfolio. Your leadership will inspire cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and with unparalleled quality. Your responsibilities and tasks:

  • Coordinates internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

  • Ensures that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.

  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.

  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.

  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

  • Report and escalate to management as needed.

  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.

  • Perform risk management to minimise project risks.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

  • Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.

  • Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels.

  • Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals.

  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned

  • Accountable for Customer Demand inputs into the Global Planning Tool (MS Project based) and ERP systems.

  • Acts as the voice of the customer with all other stakeholders.

  • Adheres and drives all Program management and Commercial standards and policies into the organisation in accordance with the GEA Program Management framework and contributes to process development.

Your profile and qualifications:

  • Significant professional experience in project management

  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects, demonstrating leadership, planning, and execution skills.

  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and manage project teams effectively.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior management.

  • Ability to communicate complex project details in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in written reports.

  • Proficiency in identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.

  • Ability to make informed decisions when facing unexpected challenges during project execution.

  • Experience in managing project budgets, allocating resources efficiently, and ensuring projects are delivered within budget constraints.

  • Proficiency in managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations.
