UNITY CARE SOLUTIONS
We provide round-the-clock care packages to support people including children, young people and adults who have long term health conditions to live in the comfort and safety of their own home.

THE ROLE
We are on the lookout for Support Worker in Eastbourne and the surrounding area.
Due to the package you MUST be a driver.
Our adult client is looking for a personal assistant/support worker to support him in living independently. Tasks may include personal care, help with washing, bathing, and dressing, assisting cleaning of medical equipment and looking after his cat. Driving our client in his wheelchair accessible van, supporting him to attend medical and other appointments and take him to social activities.
Shifts available: Shifts available: Monday-Friday 08:00-18:00 plus additional shifts as mutually agreed.
Pay rates- £13-£15 per hour
WE'D LIKE TO SPEAK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE
- Experience as a Complex Health Care Assistant in a similar role.
- Understanding of CQC and legislation concerned with care provision.
- A full driving Licence.
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (NVQ Level 3 desirable)
