Job description

The Maintenance Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Palace Maintenance Manager and Palace Maintenance Supervisor with a variety of repairs and jobs to ensure that the Palace and Courtyards are kept to the highest standard and our guests have a great experience.


Day to Day Responsibilities:


  • IT literacy, Health & Safety and the ability to conduct first level fault finding.
  • Good planning and organisational skills are required.
  • Completion of daily PPM plans
  • Willingness to learn and to embrace new training if, and when required
  • Welcoming and professional approach to guests and team members
  • Heavy manual labour & working at heights
