We are currently on the lookout for a Mail Room Support team member to join our front of house operation at the corporate offices of a global investment company in the City on a 6 month fixed term contract.The overall aim of the Mail Room Support is to have a positive impact on the internal working environment at the firm. The role will provide a variety of services such as sorting mail, arranging couriers and transportation, stationery stock control and order. The team member will also be a key point of contact for all users of the space and have in-depth knowledge of working practices and activities within the areas to provide functional and strategic support, serving as a coordination point for everyday tasks to the business. We are looking for a warm and enthusiastic individual with a passion for service and attention to detail. They must be willing to go above and beyond to create exceptional experiences for our clients. They must have strong organisational, communication skills and demonstrate a keen level of pro-activity with a range of tasks. The ideal candidate must be flexible, and they will be the go to person for anything for the client. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service.
