Job description
A full time Administrator is required on a permanent basis based in Central Southampton. Working for Pirtek Southampton who are a leading engineering company within their field you will be supporting and assisting 15 colleagues in the following areas:
- General administration
- HR administration (holiday booking / absence recording / staff records)
- New starter administration
- Marketing projects such as promotional material, exhibition booking etc
- Vehicle record keeping and arranging maintenance / MOTs / Tax renewals etc.
- Organising training courses for all staff
- ISO / Audit / Insurance administration
- IT administration
- Purchasing of office supplies etc
- Travel planning when required
- Organising social events
- There may be the opportunity to assist and learn within the Finance team
Full training will be provided. The working hours are 35 hours per week which can be worked within the hours of 7am to 5pm Monday to Friday. This position will pay £23,500 per annum + free parking and benefits.
