We are looking for a proactive and organised person to support our Macmillan Welfare Benefits Team with administrative and clerical tasks. This is a varied role which will include arranging appointments with clients as well as working behind the scenes and assisting the service manager with statistics and reports. Working alongside a friendly team, you will play a key role in delivering a high quality service to the people of Leicestershire and will have many opportunities to develop your skills. Communication skills are really important for this role, with research and IT skills coming a close second. You will need to be friendly and approachable, and comfortable to set clear boundaries with clients. For full details please refer to the job description.
