Job description
Hours: Monday to Friday with some Saturdays throughout the year. 04:00/05.00 – 14:00 Mon – Fri
48 hours.
Wage: Exceeds Nat Min Wage and National Living Wage
Candidates must have good butchery knowledge and knife skills. Essential experience in portion control is required. A thorough understanding of poultry products including game is desirable. Duties will include preparing and cutting of poultry and all other associated tasks as required.
