Job description
We are seeking a customer service representative who has previous experience in a similar role and a keen interest in computers. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer calls, emails and chat service requests and troubleshooting issues related to our product. A previous background in the technology industry is preferred for this position, along with excellent communication skills, administrative skills and an eagerness to learn more about the business.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate and collaborate with colleagues to ensure customers are helped in a timely manner.
- The ability to solve problems, and be an innovative thinker.
- Handle incoming calls, emails and chat requests in a timely manner.
- Provide work related information to customers.
- Assist customers with issues in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Adhere to the HIPAA Privacy Rule and other relevant laws, regulations and standards.
- Communicate with clients by email, phone, or in person.
- Handle customer requests in a timely manner.
If you have experience as a customer service team leader this would be advantageous.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
