We are looking for a number of Operators to join the team with an immediate start!

Details:

• £14 per hour (including 25% shift allowance)
• 4on/4off (2days of 6am-6pm /2 days of 6pm-6am - 4 days off)
• Weekly pay
• Overtime available
• Permanent position after probation period
• Progression within company

Job description:

• Perform packaging operations as per the customer orders.
• Operate packaging machinery effectively to avoid any accidents.
• Troubleshoot equipment problems in a timely manner to avoid any delays and standby time.
• Complete packaging orders within the deadlines.
• Clean machines and work area at the end of every shift.
• Ensure that machines are working properly and safely.
• Complete daily production reports and submit to Supervisors.

Essential Skills:

• Be self-motivated and have the ability to complete daily task with minimum supervision
• A conscientious, motivated and positive attitude
• Ability to lift, carry and push equipment
• Previous experience working in factory environment or a similar role
